Convert Mov to MP4?

I want to convert a 340 mb iPhone Mov video to MP4 so I can see it in the gallery of my Note9 and project it to my Samsung TV. I can watch it using google photos in mov format but it doesn't appear as a vid in the gallery so I cannot edit it nor share it to my tv. Is there an easy way to do it without losing quality? Many of the apps that claim this capability either decrease the quality or take 15 hours to complete a 1 minute video. Any ideas?

Do you have a mac? Try the free imovie and you should be able to.

That's the trouble. 100 sites almost all of which contain malware. There are many android apps too. I'm looking for a positive experience someone has had with one.

Do you know anyone who has a video editing program? That would be the best way. I agree with you on the converter apps. They are full of malware so avoid them. I can convert for you because I am a filmmaker by profession. If you are comfortable with it of course. I have Adobe Premiere.
