Convert to Virgin Mobile?

I have a i545 Verizon S4 and am interested in switching to Virgin Mobile in a few months.

Does anyone know if I can just flash the Virgin Mobile i545 ROM and be good to go?

If anyone has a guide that would be awesome.

You'd have to check with them to see if they'll allow that ESN on their network. (You can't change the ESN by flashing a ROM, and you can't legally change the ESN.)
