Converted to GPE - possible high voltage?

Some months ago I switched over my T-Mo HTC One to be a full GPE edition. Everything happened as expected, but I found that my battery life is nowhere near what it was when on Sense.

I have downloaded various battery monitoring software, factory reset a couple of times, etc etc. but nothing seems to help. GSAM claimed SOT is just under 4 hours (which isn't bad, I suppose - but far from as good as others).

I noticed that my GSAM battery report shows a voltage way in excess of what others have - 4.2V or higher, whereas others always seem to be around 3V or higher.

Could this be the cause of lower battery performance? If so, is there something I should do to fix it?

(Note - I rarely play games or anything 'heavy' on the processor or that generates much/any heat - screenshot came from phone in idle)

Can't tell anything from 1% use, but IIRC, my M8 always shows 4+ volts. Your estimated battery life from that screenshot doesn't look bad.

Since I converted from Sense to GPE, I would say my battery life has improved.
