Cool learning apps for my son

So my son for a 3 year old is already a techie which is kinda sad cause his mom has him all with a tablet and he doesn't seem focus when I'm trying to teach or he'll forget. He's asked me to buy him a tablet and I said no way but I have my spare note 4 in which I want to experiment with him to see if he learns. Sadly I can't put him in pre-k cause it's expensive so are there any cool learning apps that'll motivate my son to wanting to learn more?also use the s pen to practice his writing and stuff? Anything will be fine as long as it's educational. Thank you!

I once had a chance to see how the teachers in ACN taught students.
They use this app, called
Elmo Loves 123s
It helps your child identify and count numbers from 1 to 20 and do simple addition and subtraction

And I suggest you download some coloring apps for your kid. It's for free. Some of it has a really great picture.
In addition, you can teach your son how to mix colors up.

I would also suggest that you get him away from the technology, and just play with him. Play ball, take him to the playground to swing, etc.
