Coolpad note 3 keeps on rebooting

I have coolpad note 3. Since yesterday my phone keeps on switching on and off. It just shows coolpad logo and gets switched off and then again gets switched on again. I cant check the problem with any app also as the phone is not getting started fully. I have no control on the device right now.
I have already tried the pressing power and volume button. It shows me "No Command" screen and then when i again press the power and volume button, the phone again starts switched and switch off process.
Please help, i have too much data on this phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, that usually means corrupt firmware or faulty hardware. Corrupt firmware would require you to reinstall a fresh copy, but this typically wipes the phone as well -- you can search the forums at XDA-developers.com for this kind of information. Faulty hardware would mean swapping out the motherboard, which would also mean loss of data. Sorry!

My Coolpad is also rebooting each time and also have a error message of xplorees keyboard each time.Can someone suggest me .
