copy and paste

Is there a new way to copy paste text with froyo? I cannot seem to find this function.

It's the same as it always was on mine. The one thing they added was a lil marker thing so you can fine-tune the position of the cursor. Nice!

On any text entry field, tap & hold and a menu will pop up. It'll have options to Select All, Cut All, or Copy All. Alernatively, you can use the Swype keybord by dragging your finger from the Swype button to the Sym button and you'll have options to move around, Selct Text, and copy/paste from there.

On a non-text entry field, the only way I've found to do it is to slide out the keyboard, hold Shift, then drag your finger over what you want to copy. It'll notify you that it copied the text.
