copying browser "favorites"/"bookmarks" from PC or tablet to S#?

How can one copy their "favorites" file or "bookmark" file from a PC or Samsung Tablet to the S3? I know there must be a tutorial or such somewhere but I have not been able to find it anywhere to date. Thanks.

if you use Chrome on the PC you just need to sign into Chrome on the SIII and it will copy over your desktop bookmarks

Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately, my work requires that I use IE8.
I would have thought that syncing such bookmarks between stock browsers on different Samsung devices would be easy or at least straight forward. Silly me

Maxthon browser allows this.

And as of today, Firefox for Android is brand new and supposedly pretty good.

Thanks for the additional input guys. However, I prefer the stock browser over any of the add on browsers for Android. And I am not able to use anything but IE 8 do to work requirements on my PC. So I am still looking for solutions. Thanks again though for the information and help.
