Corporate phones recall info

I have a Note 7 through my company. We have a Verizon corporate rep that handles all our Verizon purchases. He said that the earliest replacement phones will be available is on September 28th. I don't mind waiting I just don't like charging my phone in a Pyrex mixing bowl.

this sucks worse. vzw said no exchange and samsung is fighting me, add insult, had without permission my protection plus insurance cancelled on note 7, SOBS
