Correcting a POP3 setting

When I first setup my POP3 email, I told it to sync up and delete what I delete on the phone. This worked, until I forgot there were a few emails I didn't want deleted, but don't feel like keeping on my phone. How do I go back into the settings to tweak that feature?

Is there a way to store a list of email addresses, to be pasted/called up and used together (versus loading in each one individually). I only ask as there's about two dozen people I email on a weekly basis and would love to find a fast and easy way of loading their emails into the "to" or "bcc" field in an efficient manner. Thanks in advance.
