Corrupt android os or hardware problem?

[AC Question]

Since past a month or two i am having serious difficulties with my moto g4 plus. Whenever i restart my phone instead of typical "hello moto" msg for android nougat, the screen hangs on just the moto sign n phone directly restarts without the "hello moto" page.... Whenever this happens i cannot pkay any downloaded music (it says playback error) cannot watch any YouTube video and even phone hangs as soon as i call someone or i receive a call. I thought my stock os was corrupted so i rooted my phone, ibstalled linage os and downloaded android 7.1.1 in my phone. But still the problem stays... My social apps and other features of phine are working perfectly.
