Cortana on Note 5

Anyone got any ideas why can't I install Cortana on my Note 5 (SM-N920C) which is Android version 5.1.1?

Does the play store just say it isn't compatible?

I got it on mine but not from play store. Did you download from your phones browser?

I read somewhere Microsoft stopped it because it was messing up users phones. Or something to that effect.

Sideloading the APK works fine, although the version in the Play store says it is incompatible with my phone.

Where can I get the latest APK? I'm fine with the voice thing because I just use the Moto X Play's built in detection (which then forwards to the default voice app).
