Costco Galaxy S7 pre-order status?

I called the kiosk yesterday and the guy told me that the pre orders were not there but that they were expecting them to be there either Monday or Tuesday. Let's hope it's true
 
Called Costco customer service Saturday, to just offer the feedback that WA's distribution scheme where everything goes through one warehouse on the West coast doesn't work for pre-orders. The agent who listened to my story was appalled. He said they'd get back with me within 72 hours at the most, but I'm really not sure how they can help...
 
We placed our pre-order, we received a tracking, however have not received a second tracking number that we're supposed to get. We are in Washington State, the phone arrived in Auburn on the 10th, so you would think that it should arrive to a warehouse 30 miles away within a day or 2 at the most.

BUT NO!!

In the meantime if we didn't place our pre-order we could have gone into the warehouse and got our phone with the same deal immediately. I'm FURIOUS!!! I have placed a complaint with BBB and with Costco directly. This will be the LAST time I deal with Wireless Advocates LLC, they're a joke of a wireless distributor.

Same deal at the Clackamas, OR Costco. They told me to call back Friday evening, then Saturday after 1:00, then Monday (today) after noon, and still no orders have come in. They tell me to keep checking back daily or wait until they call me. It really blows the whole "pre-order" deal when people who didn't pre-order can get their phones and we have to wait!
 
I'm still having the same issue. In fact, I spoke with WA over the weekend and the guy tried telling me that the S7 Edge wasn't available yet! I stopped by an actual VZW store and was in the process of getting new phones when the rep realized that they couldn't do the upgrade because WA has the pre-order locked into my account and phone numbers. I either have to get them (WA) to cancel my order or just wait. I plan to take this up with Costco's management. I'm so disappointed with the whole experience and to be lied to by the WA rep then told, "I'm sorry you feel that way" when I told him I was upset with the whole thing. I'm beyond pissed. I'll never do business with WA again. I expect better from Costco and they aren't it.
 
i have the exact same situation. Pre-ordered on 3-5-16 @ Costco in Brooklyn, NY. The phone was delivered to Washington on 3-10-16. It is now 3-15-16 and is till can't get my phone. The Costco kiosk guy blames Washington. The Wireless customer service says they have no information.
 
Looks like Costco needs to kick the rude, surly, Wireless Advocates out of their stores and replace them. Guys in the kiosk at the couple of local Costco's, act like they are doing you a favor when dealing with them.
 
I called costco again today because according to the rep today all the preorders should have been in. Well as expected they were not in the case of verizon. Tmobile and sprint got all of theirs. I asked for tracking and nobody knows anything.

It didn't bother me too much as i am not in too much of a rush but if i was i probably would never pre order a phone at Costco again.

Just hoping for someone to comment here as soon as they get a call to pick up their phone or when it arrives.

I have Verizon. I actually put in a complaint with BBB and corporate called and told me it was in... and gave me an extra costco cash card credit. When I called the kiosk they said it wasn't there I replied "that's funny because corporate said its in ur center and they gave me a tracking #" they had to go to the back to unreceived stuff and found it.

My phone was received by WA on the 3/9, still no ETA. I called Costco on 3/12 just to give them feedback on the notion of WA handling pre-orders by having them shipped all the way across the country to a single warehouse and back. As I said, Costco rep was appalled and said I'd hear from someone. A person from WA left a message for me on 3/14 and I've called back a few times without reaching them or getting a return call. I will say that most everyone I spoke with was pleasant, but no one knows anything and the system is ridiculously inefficient.
 
I'm in Washington State, so really we should get it right away, because my Costco warehouse is within 100 miles of the Auburn Wireless Advocates location.

OK SOOO I should tell you guys that the phone only ships from the Auburn facility when the order is COMPLETE, meaning when you pick up your phone you get everything right away with it, the SD card, the portable battery, AND the VR, which everyone else is having to submit a claim with Samsung to get it & wait 4-6 weeks. So that's why ours is taking a bit longer. I don't know if the people who were able to get their phone in store on the 11th also got the entire completed pack, but anyway we do.
 
Not sure about all locations, but I believe a number offered the VR headset same day. I was in Target, and they had the S7 Edge, VR headset, and you get the $100 giftcard, all at time of purchase (I believe Costco quotes a 14 week turn around for the gift card?). Not sure what other companies offered the VR sameday, but there were a number that did.
 
AH ok then they have NOOOOO excuse :) I ordered my other S7 Edge from Verizon directly, and I have to submit a claim for the S2/VR.

I suggest making a BBB complaint. If nothing else you can maybe get a little kickback for their inadequacy.
