Just an FYI. Just got a note 5 from costco in Arlington Texas. They gave me a wireless charger, car charger, car dock, a rebate for $150, and they don't charge tax. No phone trade needed. First Note I have owned, coming from S5 this thing is way faster.

I don't know if this is long term but as of today they are non-existent to them. The T-mobile stores around me even tell me they are not stocking them in store and it only can come from online. That said none of them knew of anything besides the accessories kit that was received with the phones.

I bought my 64 gb from a T-mobile store.

Also anyone doing jump on demand with TM, if they don't have them in the store and you want the 64 gb, ask the manager to order it and have it sent to t the store so you can do JOD. They can do this, don't let them tell you they can't.

Also with JOD, the special means that the 64 gb cost less a month than the 32. Many stores don't know this and it isn't reflected on the paperwork, but you get a credit each month. The 64 gb ends up costing $24 and some change, a month.

If you're with Tmobile, you get a $25 Costco card as well. If you purchase from Costco before September 1, you get these for free:

-$150 Costco card
-$25 Costco card (Tmobile only)
-Samsung wireless charging pad
-Car charger

I just ordered a 64gb from Verizon store. He did however tell me that he was showing only 2000 were available in the US. Not sure that is true but if that is the case then maybe they have already sold out of the 64gb version?

I'm almost positive it's per device. The $150 card applies to all Note 5's and S6 Edge+'s purchased before the end of August.

I ordered my 64gb note 5 from Costco in Scottsdale on Friday and it shipped out from Verizon in PA the same day. Tracking shows it will be here to pickup tomorrow.
