Cosumer Celluar: Huawei Ascend Mate 2 or Moto G 2014

Thinking of going with Consumer Cellular pre-paid. For two lines service would be $60/month. For phones I can get the Moto G 2-14 for the wife ($150) and I can get the same or the HAM2 for $250.

My honest recommendation would be to get the Motorola Moto G, it will probably perform better, comes from a more reputable brand and gets updates much quicker.

You can also check up on the reviews, everyone agrees that the Moto G is a great device.

i would say moto g even-though its performance is less when compared to huawei.. think about brand and customer service always

Went with the 2013 Moto X instead. $250 on eBay

Is everything working on the Moto X? Also what is your download speed range?
I'm asking because I've moved my Verizon Droid DNA to CC and I still cannot get the MMS to receive multimedia texts, and my download speeds dropped to 0.66 to 3.0 GB. With Verizon it was getting downloads of 6.0 to 12.0. Thanks.
