Hi I brought a gn2 and it says its for tmobile but when I remove the battery the panel thats suppose to have the imei number just say n7105. But when I go to about device in the settings it says that its a sgh t889 , so im kinda confused to what I really have.

The 05 ending indicates its the LTE international version of the Note 2. Where did you purchase it and what did you pay(if you don't mind me asking)?

If you could post some photo's too that would help determine authenticity ;)

I purchased it from a store called ABC here in Chicago and I payed 450.00 for it. What photos do you want of it??

I seen a thread like this the other day on xda-developers. Did you get it with thereal note 2 box? The thread I seen he got it cheap like you did from a authorized t-mobile reseller his didn't really get service though. It's possible you have the International version but there is an app to find out if it's really a note 2 or a knock off https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...ps/details?id=com.hotdog.truth&token=HeET8FVr that's the link I tried it even though I know mine is real. They probably gave you a international version and flashed the t-mobile firmware and stuff.

I found some one that wanted a tmobile version and traded for a at&t galaxy note 2
