Couldn't download system update

Phone is running 4.4.2 stock, factory reseted and theres a 5.1 update, but it keeps saying that theres not sufficient memory to download.

Anyone has any ideas what the problem is?

I have this exact same problem, it says the update is only 13.5mb and i have way more than that free. Also my phone has been shutting off recently, it could be unrelated but i thought i should note.
