My Note 4 is in Plano for the 3rd time because it cannot reply to emails. So i am using my Note 2 and i am getting this connection message, even while trying to link to Samsung Repair services.

Any ideas?

When do you see this message? Are you trying to set the phone up from scratch? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?
