I have a S7 Edge with a Samsung clear view case both bought from Samsung stores. Prior to a few days ago (right after I uploaded the lastest dot version of the software....) my ability to see the Always On Display stopped. This feature has worked for the last several weeks that I have owned the phone. In fact the opposite happened, now when I close my case the phone shows the time for 15 seconds (not my selected screen) and shuts off. Leaving the screen open (i.e., without the cover) and the AOD works fine. The phone's too pricy for me to use without a cover. I've tried with another cover with same results. Has anyone else had this issue or can help?
