My friend has an LG Revolution and we downloaded systempanel to see why the battery was so crappy. It shows his CPU to be at 1024 at all times, is that a glitch with the app or the problem? If its the problem how do we resolve?

1024 Mhz is 1Ghz which is correct. http://www.androidcentral.com/lg-revolution-specs
I would check Settings>About phone>Battery>Battery use. Typically its a screen that massive that sucks the life from the batt. Also 4gLTE is a big killer, especially if the phone floats between 3 and 4 G a lot. A few fixes that will help a lot, turn off the 4G when not doing data heavy stuff 3g will suffice to run all your widgets. Turn down the brightness levels till its as low as you can live with.

I know its a 1 ghz processor but on my infuse it will fluctuate down to below 200 MHz at idle. His revolution just stays wide open at 1024 MHz.

Doesn't surprise me at all... =\ to solve it, devs would need the actual real source to build a proper kernel... so, yea... live with it?

I haven't seen this to much when i was using the revo. Use setcpu to see if it is any better (though you will need root for that)
