cpu temp

at what temp. should i start worrying about my cpu? so far the highest i have noticed is 113 f.
edit:it also gets up their fairly fast, running bb v.04 blue electric theme chevy ulow 1.2 7slot update

i think i remember reading somewhere where it can withstand up to 150 F. I'm not saying to let it get that way, but I have my setCPU to lower the mhz to lower the temp at 116F. It also makes me leary if it gets over 100F. I don't think you'll have to work though.

I run bb v.04, 800mhz max, 600 mhz min (unless the phone is asleep or battery gets below 15%) in which case I have profiles set up to clock it down...but the highest I've ever seen mine run is just over 100 f. Haven't had any problems with that aspect.

Is CPU temp monitoring available now for froyo, or is it still monitoring the sensor on the board?
