Which is better? And which is preferred. I know 1 is paid but that doesn't always mean its better.

Yaaaa never heard of CPU tuner either. SetPCU is proven. Go with that. Unless you wanna be the guinea pig for CPU Tuner lol

I have used both and i prefer setcpu.The cpu tuner seems like a knock-off of setcpu.I agree with everyone else setcpu has been tested over and over.Ive used it on every phone have and still do to this day.Ive even had talks with the dev of setcpu his does great work and is a stand up guy.
