So I have the S8 Plus and it cracked on the bottom right of the screen it's like a few cracks about a quarter inch long. Kind of like a small shatter . I called T-Mobile and I have the insurance but it's $175 deductible. Is there another alternative to get this glass repaired and if so where? I don't want to have an inferior job done so a reputable place in person would be great. Thanks a lot for the help. I'm so frustrated LOL

Bummer.
I thought I had cracked mine too but luckily the screen protector took all the damage.
I am w/o insurance so I looked about for repair.
Best I found was uBreakiFix and they were quoting $260.00 using Samsung parts.
I would say $175.00 is the best you are going to find.
Just my $.02

Considering the screen itself costs around $250 (+/-), the $175 deductible would be the better deal I think.

For a 6.2" curved screen, I'd safely say that $175 is as good as it gets. Last time I checked in my local repair shops, it was around 350€. And that was for S7 edge.

I called the Samsung repair shop in northern New Jersey and they said that to fix the screen under Samsung warranty services would be $300 so that $260 + repair labor sounds about right. I to crack my screen on the lower left hand side a little bit and on the back just a tad bit I stopped thinking and worrying about it too too much. The I fix it places in the mall don't even have the screen for a Galaxy S8 since talk anyways and they also just going to Samsung directly for the warranty repair since its ip68 waterproof regardless.
