I was getting out of my car hands full and heard it fall. It fell face first in my driveway. I have insurance but I don't want a refurbished. I only got it on 8/29.

Wow that sucks at this point I don't believe you will get a refurbished unit probably a new one since it just launched a week ago good luck.

I've had that sinking feeling in my stomach when my phone's been accidentally dropped.

A good case and a Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector is always my first action before taking the phone anywhere with me.

They probably won't have new either. When I claimed my S20 ultra they didn't have any and couldn't get one so they sent me a check instead.

That's the problem with getting pre-orders, they are limited on supply if there are issues with the phone

Sorry to hear that I know Verizon will repair the screen if possible, hopefully, it won't be too big of an issue, but I know that sucks.

Assurant will not guarantee a new phone. I spoke with Samsung I can ship it to them pay for glass repair. If can't be repaired I don't know what happens at that point. I can't get it repaired at tmobile store. And I could go to a Samsung store but there aren't any in MA.

This happened to my friend years ago with his Note 8 shortly after he bought it. He said he'll never hurry from the car again with his hands full with his device in hand. I'm sure they'll find a remedy for you. Sorry to hear that this happened to you.

Happened to my OnePlus 7 Pro, even worst was the corner for whatever reason was off the case and it dropped when I also got out the car. Corner chipped. Sold it within days.
