cracked screen

I was in school and my phone was in my pocket, it dropped on the floor and the screen cracked. The crack is not bad, the crack starts on the left side and it spreads out. I can still normally use it, but I want to send it back, now when I send it back do I take out the memory stick and the sim card, just double checking.

You'll have to do insaurace cause warrenty won't conver it.

On a warranty claim they send you just the unit and you have to switch out the back door, battery, sim, and sd. I assume issurance is similar or the same

When I used my insurance (Asurion) I was sent a new phone, sim card, sd card, battery and ear buds. The only thing I sent back was the phone and battery door. I didn't even send back the battery.

I have insurance, thank god. I will only send the phone with the battery

To be fair, you did fish it out of a toilet. I wouldn't even want any part of that phone sent back if i was an Asurion rep.
