Crackling sound in lock mode android 10 umidigi f2

Since a few days I own a Umidigi F2 with android 10 Q. When my screen is on and I receive multiple messages everything is fine. Once I put my screen in lock mode and receive 2-3 messages I hear this weird crackling noise.
In airplone mode or safe mode it's fine.
It seems to me that the audio is being cut out and needs to re-enable each time it gets a notification. After too many attempts is starts to crackle. Do you maybe know a way I can always enable the speaker even in lock screen?

Umidigi phones in my experience have issues. Did you buy it directly from them? I would be concerned this is a hardware problem. Can you contact umidigi? I found messaging them on facebook the only way they would reply to me.

Try and put the phone into safe mode and see if you have the same problem.
