Cradlepoint router and Droid X

Has anyone here had any success using a Cradlepoint router and a Droid X? I currently use a data card with a Cradlepoint ctr350 and would love to get rid of that $60 bill. I really don't want to root the X, and even if I did I don't think the wifi signal from the X would be strong enough to reach throughout my house. I get my X monday and I can't wait!! Sprint can kiss my hairy but

I havent use that router but the DX should work on WiFi's as long as you have it set up correct for the most part.

There was a glitch motorolla admited to messing up on some routers (which happens to be mine ,, ex ; netgear) but there is a work around to keep it conected, mine conects just fine to other routers .

I would think that you should have WiFi's thoughout your house unless you live in a really ,really BIG house and/or have a weak router

im also interested in this as i cant get dsl or cable. i currently pay $70 a month for 1.5Mbps (no cap) wireless internet. i get better speeds with my droid. i have an asus n56u router and it recognizes my A855 and shows option to use as a modem but requires me to put in the following:

Location
ISP
APN service(optional)
Dial Number
Username
Password
E-mail

any ideas, and will this work without a tethering plan.
