Dear Forum,
I flashed my Samsung Galaxy S4 with a vanilla Android ROM to free up space and improve battery life. I started with 4.4.2 which was good, but buggy, the camera sometimes didn't work and it froze regularly. I then switched to 4.4.4 which doesn't freeze, isn't buggy but crashes with the message "Unfortunately settings have stopped" whenever I try to open the security settings in the settings menu.
BTW - There are significant differences between 4.4.2 and 4.4.4 although you wouldn't think that to read the various commentaries comparing them. 4.4.4 is a smoother, more stable and sophisticated experience compared to its older brother.
Hope somebody can help.
