Crazy problem

I'm having the craziest problem. I have the T-Mobile McLaren Edition and I have T-Mobile service.
Almost everytime someone calls me, like 9 out of 10 times, they will get a message that says "the subscriber you are trying to call cannot be reached at this moment". Otherwise I can make calls, send and receive texts and data works. I've been on the phone to TMobile for 5 days and they can't fix the issue so they're going to send me a new phone to see if that's it. Except there are no McLaren Edition phones in stock for me to do a warranty exchange with. They said it'll be a week or so, which stinks because I'm not receiving important calls and half the people that call me think I've not paid my bill.

Had anyone ever had this problem? If so, how was it solved?

I have got 5 days straight. They've did everything. Re-provisioned the phone. New sim card. Suspended then reactivated my line, had me delete a dozen apps. Try every different option there is in settings. Nothing works. They said it's got to be the phone.
I was just wondering if this ever happened to anyone else.

I'm looking up possible solutions

Account is not in an active status

Incoming calls are blocked via a service or device feature

Number is in process of being ported to another carrier

Phone is off and voicemail is not set up, or they are out of range

Thank you for trying to help. We've sadly ruled all those out. I've been a customer for 6 years, just added 3 more lines on Black Friday. No problem with the new lines, just mine. I've even put the phone in different phones so I don't think it's the phone. But we'll see.
