Or call it LightningBoom for all I care. Thunderbolt doesn't make sense and neither does LightningBoom and they both convey lightning or some sort.

Verizon owns the Thunderbolt trademark. You can't sue them if it's official.

Doubt that. However, I do think that Thunderbolt is a bad name. Think about it, there is no such thing as a bolt of thunder. There is a bolt of lightning but thunder is just sound, how do you have a bolt of sound?
