Crazy thing just happened

I was taking a pic, the camera and phone locked up. I couldn't restart it...but then plugged it in...it finally restarted...(it had enough power)..I was chatting with tech support and they suggested deleting 3rd party apps. Any apps that you have had trouble with...please let me know.

Yes did that and it finally restarted but it seemed longer than 20 seconds...I guess when you're in panic mode time is longggggg. Thanks... hopefully it won't happen again. Overall this phone has been a champ.

Had the same thing happen to my 3XL as well. I was trying to place a call and it didn't go through so I ended it. All of a sudden the phone turned off and wouldn't turn on normally. Held the Power Button for sometime before it came back to life.

This has happened to me several times and it doesn't seem to make a difference as to what I'm doing. Taking pictures, texting, using Maps to figure out where I'm going (that was fun).
