Create a routine or voice command

Given that Android Auto doesn't support dual SIM I would like to create a routine or a verbal command that basically would go into Settings >Network>SIM Card > Preferred SIM card for > Calls - and then I could verbally change from ASK EVERY TIME to SIM 1 (or 2). Then verbally make a command at the end of the drive to go back to ASK EVERY TIME.

Is this something that is possible?

For the life of me, I cant figure out why Google still doesn't have proper dual SIM support for Android Auto.
