Create playlist??

I've sent my music to my Gear S2, but I'd like to create and name two different playlists for when I workout. Am I able to create my own playlist, or can I only use the ones they already have (favorites, most played, recently played and recently added)?

When I went to that setting, it didn't have the option to sync playlists. It only said it would sync recently added items.
