Creating a Playlist for Korean Mp3's. m3u file

Hello,

Ive searched high and low to find an answer for this.

Ive tried creating playlists for mp3's that have korean characters.
Unfortunately none of the programs I am using will save these mp3's to a playlist on the m3u file type to play correctly on the music player.

Any thoughts on how to fix this problem?

anyone? there has to be a way to make asian font workable with playlist files...
