I have a Motorola Razr Maxx and we just installed this software that allows us to receive our voicemails in the form of an email through our Outlook 2013. Although a pain in the rear, I figured out a way to play the .wav file (apparently Motorola has dropped support of play .wav files through Outlook) but can't seem to create a shortcut link on my phone's main page to the download folder where the wav files are stored.

Basically, is there an quick way (preferably 1-2 clicks) of getting to these voice mail wav files?

Download es file explorer, it has a widget to make a shortcut to any folder you want.

And it's better than default file explorer.
