Creating new user on android device

[Android Central Question]

Hey there!When i'm tryin to use mkdir command on my android with console , output is "read-only file system".I'm not trying to make directory in root one, just on my sdcard.I have root access and busybox installed,what should i do?

You trying add a new user like how some phones have guest mode?
