Cricket score alert

Hi.
Is there a way to fix certain apps that promise match notifications and scores but don't work? For example, there is an app called Wah Cricket that lets you choose to have many notifications, but they don't actually come through.

Which phone? Go to Settings>Apps, select the app, and make sure Restrict Background Data isn't turned on. Also, look for the Battery Optimization option in your system settings and see if it helps to turn off optimization for that app.
