Cricket users - Cricket Billing

Hi there,

If there is a Cricket discussion board I could not find it. Seems to me there used to be a forum for each of the carriers (or maybe major carriers) but all that's there now is a General Carrier forum so I'm here with my question.

I have to pay my Cricket bill. I never got a bill in the mail, I have no idea what address to send to if I want to pay via my bank's bill pay feature which helps me to keep payments straight. All I got was a reminder text with a link to the CW website.

Does Cricket *not* send out bills and all we get are texts? I just looked at my account for a way to enable paper billing and don't find one. Thank you.

The admins got rid of all of the individual carrier subforums a while back, and consolidated them into this General Carrier Discussion forum.

Thank you for the link. They don't take bank drafts or checks. Ugh. I prefer to make payments from my bank, one place, so that if I need to I can go back to that one place and check on something. These places that require autopay and paying from "their" one spot drive me nuts. Customers should be able to pay in a convenient way for the customer. Anyway, thank you again.
