Cricket wireless delivery reports

I have been having a problem with delivery reports on my cricket wireless phone. The problem: there's no option for delivery reports. Is this normal for cricket?

I have a feeling that Cricket does not support that, but we have a member of the team that would know better than I do and I've asked that they pop in to the thread.

I have the Samsung Galaxy Sol 2

I Googled the "Galaxy Sol 2" and I seem to be getting the J3

There are several factors involved in delivery reports - device, carrier, app. If any one of those does not support them on either end, they won't work. Did you ever have them working? Keep in mind, just because a device reports that a message was received does not mean it was read by the recipient.

Yep, I know that a delivery report doesn't mean they read it. I guess it must be the carrier then? If it is that's okay.
