Cropped Photos

Hi all. After I crop my photos the phone .1 Doesn't save the original 2. Turns the photo sideways and 3. Does this weird screen resolution "glimmer". Does anyone else experience this?

How are you cropping your photos?

I've experienced having it rotate the photo. I'm just using whatever the default editor is.

I've cropped a bunch of pictures ... all on a completely stock, no launcher, no phone or picture apps and Verizon ... I do get the original, it doesn't rotate it, and there's no glimmer.

I wonder if you're cropping down so low/high that the system would naturally turn it for better viewing?

I don't believe that I'm doing that. I'm just using the default photo editor and cropping the same way I cropped on my G3 and G4.
