Just got a red Cruzerlite case for my Razr Maxx, and I must say that it is excellent. Made from TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), it is flexible and lightweight, but will definitely protect the edges and corners of the phone in case of drops. The case adds about 2 mm to all dimensions of the phone (i.e., thickness, width, length), which is pretty minimal.

The case fits extremely well, and the cutouts are perfectly positioned. I thought at first that the power and volume buttons might be difficult to press easily now that they are essentially recessed, but that isn't the case. In fact, the case can actually protect somewhat from accidental button presses. Also note the textured sides, which help with a secure grip.

Access to ports and jacks should not be a problem at all.

The best thing about the case is the supercool Android design on the back (BTW, the circular image on the phone itself is an identity disc on my Tron skin from Skinit.com--also highly recommended). As you can see, although the case is red, it is mostly translucent, so any color you choose will be muted by the natural color of your Maxx showing through.

The case goes for $9.90, and you can find them at CruzerLite Homepage. Others on this forum have posted that the customer service is excellent. If you're considering a case for your Maxx, give this one a try!
