I average between 4 and 6 gb's a month. Basically a couple of Netflix Shows a week, Pandora and Amazon Mp3 music streaming and occasional podcast downloads when I'm not in wifi coverage.
And here I thought I used a lot at 9GB.... I had Verizon call me complaining about my usage. I told them I have unlimited data and do not illegally tether and to leave me alone. After that I haven't had issues. I did warn them that if they started to slow my data down they'd have a nice letter from my lawyer.
I'm somewhat surprised that people use so much. At most, I use a few hundred megabytes a month. I don't tether and most of the time I'm connected via wifi at home or work, both of which are way faster than 3G.
Just an update... i have 2 days left on my cycle.. I'm at my peak usage since I've gotten verizon. Never tethered... basically browsing, Pandora, sirius, and Netflix.
OK I just noticed what you was taking about... That was a typo, suppose to been "stream"I have a Slingbox and I stream recorded video and watch movies on cable on my device...
