Curious about your Smartphone History

Blimey, you all seem to have got through a lot of phones!! :D

I'm a martyr to the 24 month contracts, I'm afraid, and am too tight to pay my way out of them. I went from an iPhone 3GS to the Galaxy S3 about a year ago. I'm not brand loyal at all, I happened to go from iPhone to Android just because the S3 was the most up to date phone available at a reasonable price on contract (?30 on contract upgrade) at the time. I'm afraid I'm not one to get involved in these Apple v Android arguments, just in it to get the best deal at the time my contract's up!

Well if the 3GS was your first smartphone you could have had more on your list prior to that if you got a smartphone before that. Even going on 2 year upgrades you could have had a treo or a windows mobile phone in there. But don't worry like it or not your list will grow and grow

I can't remember the model I had before the 3GS, but it was a Samsung and my dad is currently uses it. There's nothing 'smart' about it!! ;)

I had a Handspring Visor then a Palm Zire 31. I went to a Palm Pre Plus after verifying that I could use Pocket Quicken in the Classic app (so nice to have one device take the place of two even though the calendar sucked). When I read about Quicken 2013 I decided to leave my dead platform and played with iPhone 5, GS3, and HTC One for several months at my carrier before I chose my GS3. Not really using Quicken now because I read about too many issues with mobile Quicken 2013, but PocketMoney for Android and PocketMoney Desktop gives me the same functionality I had with Quicken plus I was able to import all my old Quicken data.
