I'm using Nova. It's still perfectly suited for my needs. I just switched over from the Note 9 to the Pixel 3 XL. Now if I can only find a way to move the back button to the right side of the phone...

I just switched Nova from plain old folders on the home screen to Swipe to open folders. Cleans up the whole screen. (I know, it's old, but I just tried it recently, and I like it.)

(Pixel 2, in case anyone cares.)

@EuroDriver, look at race2c's post at https://www.reddit.com/r/GooglePixel/comments/9p4sbv/i_want_the_back_button_to_be_on_the_right/. If you don't mind playing in adb for a minute, you can switch it easily (according to him - I'm used to it on the right after 2 versions, so I'm not switching mine).

I switched from Nova to Samsung UI. It's works for me. I just missed not be able to have a continuous bottom row of icons, and a continuous screen.

Personally I am still using the old Google Now Launcher on my Samsung Note 5

I have heard that Google no longer supports the Google Now Launcher so when I move to the Samsung S10 +, I may have to choose to either go with the Samsung UI or something else

If you use nova with Google companion , it works Google now.

If you are a windows phone refugee, there are many of us, you can try launcher 10 which has live tiles or Microsoft launcher which is excellent and integrates into all the Microsoft stuff.

i used to play w launchers, nova, google, as samsung got less clunky and became smooth i found i just like it the way it is.

the only thing i miss is being able to uave a background in messages app, other than that i am happy w the ui out of the box.

I just did a factory reset, and am only using Samsung UI (previously been using Nova). I don't know how long I'll stay with this setup, but I'm going to try to give it a month.

I've been using Samsung UI since Day 1. Minimalist approach with one home screen page, 5 apps in the dock and the Edge panel toolbar.

I switched from nova launcher to Squarehome and purchased the key for the extra features... That is actually an amazing launcher if you like to fiddle and tweak.. It's pretty much endless...
I recommend giving it a try if you want to switch from Nova...
I always come back to Nova, though...

Give it a spin.. Search for "square home 3" and see if u like it..
