I called Google and their service reps said that it would take me 1-2 days to receive the order after it was confirmed to be shipped. I received the confirmation of shipping on February 26th. I should have gotten it yesterday but according to the lady, she's very "frustrated" and "understands" how angry I am. I asked her if I should just re-order the phone because on the 25th of February it showed "In Stock" and said "Delivered in 3-5 business days" and she said "No, just wait on your current order, it'll be there in 1-2 days" now it ends up being one ****ing week. So I called her back and she said "when you receive the order call up Google and escalate your call to tier 2 and see if they can refund your shipping charge" so they had better refund or I will pursue legal action.
Honestly, that's some next level false advertising on Google's part.
So you're going to take legal action for 16$? Honesty? Just cancel your order if you're that pissed...
