Wow. I ordered yesterday perhaps an hour or two before you as well. Hoping I get a shipping notice since I also had 2-3 weeks.

Ordered mine Monday night and just got it this morning. Maybe it's because I haven't seen one yet but I really don't see a point in 1080p displays this small. I don't see how it could get much clearer than this.

Holding a 720p and 1080p display side by side does make the (minor) differences at that level of closeness discernible, though it's hardly a "must have" at this point IMO. Give screen tech another generation or two to get more efficient and then the battery hit won't be so bad with all those extra pixels

Yeah I know it could be a little bit better. For example, the logout button at the top of this page is a little fuzzy when zoomed all the way out. I just don't think it's worth the sacrifice in power right now. I definitely wouldn't choose the One or any other 1080p display over the Nexus because of its higher resolution display.
