I ordered on the 18th, and thus far all I've received is an order confirmation, will I not see any other notification until it ships, or should I be getting an email with an expected ship date at least?
Looks like I just got charged too. I also have not received any notice.

Why can't Google ship on a first come first served basis? Ordered mine early morning in the 15th and still nothing.....

Just emailed google, asking if i should have received more than just an order confirmation at this point and got this response back.
"Orders are shipped based on the estimate in your order confirmation email. Once an order has been processed you'll receive a second ship confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take 24 hours for the package tracking to return any information for your tracking number.
If you have not received a package tracking number after the time quoted in your order confirmation email, please let us know.
According to our records, your order should ship by the evening of March 01."

I placed my order on february 13th and still has not been shipped! (16GB), in the order email says estimate ship 1-2 weeks.
I placed my order on the 12th. This morning I got an email that it has been shipped and when I clicked on the link to UPS tracking it showed that it is out for delivery! Looks like it will be in my hands in a few hours! Cannot wait!!

It's up to the driver if a sig is not required or if you have the my ups thing and allow him to always drop off even if a sig is required. My area alot of theft happens so my driver won't leave a package without a sig
