For those of you in the US and still waiting on phones - you will get your shipping info much faster if you sign up for UPS My Home. It's free to sign up and I got a notification from UPS about 18 hours before I got anything from google.

and received a shipping notice from Google Play at

February 22, 2013 4:34AM EST

with a UPS tracking number that doesn't work yet. Google Wallet also now indicates that it has charged my card, although I can't see the charge yet from my end.

Ordered my 16 gb on 2/18 and it's on a UPS truck and out for delivery this morning! I paid with my debit card and was charged in full the day I placed the order. Can't complain, estimated shipping date was 3/1, and I knew before I ordered what a debacle N4 Play Store ordering and shipping was for early adopters.

I ordered the 16GB model the night of Feb. 18th. I received notification yesterday morning that it had shipped. UPS scheduled it for delivery on Monday, but it made it from KY to UT quicker than expected, and is out for delivery today. I just hope that they don't require a signature (anyone know?), since there may not be anyone home.

My Rearth case arrived yesterday and a sim cutter is supposed to arrive today. Hopefully, I'll be all set tonight!

. Thought about the same thing. My notice didnt spec whether the shipper required a signer or not. I guess its worth a call to UPS.

Yeah, I could have taken one off the shelf from my local T-Mobile store when I went in to look at it in person a couple of weeks ago - for about $150 more than Google charges.
