Currently Disappointed in the M9

Just got apps running and I am finding lots of stuttering. Even in tasks like web browsing the phone seems to stutter. Ever since I booted up the phone it feels warm in my hand, not overheating but warm unlike my lumia 1520. A lot of apps seem to stutter and I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Seriously considering to return this device right now.

I tried a reset and it helped a little bit. Maybe I should get the phone swapped?
