so on my nexus 4 i'm currently on AOKP jb -mr1. How i install vanilla android 4.4.2 on my nexus 4 instead?

You could download and flash an aosp 4.4.2 rom which is nearly identical to stock or (assuming you have bootloader unlocked, drivers installed etc) download the factory 4.4.2 images, backup important stuff from your phone. Connect the phone in fastboot and type the commands:
fastboot devices (to check if device is connected)
flash-all.bat (flashes all the necessary files to return to stock)

You device should go through the process of flashing the factory images and you should be back on stock 4.4.2

This. But keep in mind that the official/stock ROM for the Nexus 4 (4.4.2) is not AOSP. It is built from AOSP. If you want something straight AOSP with no added features/enhancements, then you need to find a ROM on XDA.
