Cursor arrow seen when put on Moto Charger? Anyone else?

When I put my Moto 360 on the charger, just before screen changes to charging background I see a 'Cursor' arrow appear for about one to two seconds before it switches to Charging background.... Anyone notice this too?
Is this a future function to be used at a later date?
Is it maybe one of the apps I have loaded to get such an event?

Recently i have noticed a glitch on mine.
When you swipe down and it shows the Notifications page, to the right of the battery is the % sign, Well right before the battery percentage dissapears to the right of the % sign is some sort of artifacting. Its some weird squiggly green lines and its in just one spot. It takes up just enough space where a letter might go.
